  • How to take your next faithful step with courage.

Understanding Artistic Callings

Day 1 is all about the question at the center of it all: what does it mean to be called as an artist?

We’ll explore the biblical foundation for artistic work and talk honestly about why this calling matters. You’ll see how God commissioned art in the Bible and what that means for artists today. You’ll begin to see God’s calling through your gifting, skill, training, and opportunities.

By the end of Day 1, you’ll have a stronger framework for understanding your calling and greater permission to take it seriously.

Seeing Clearly & Moving Forward

Day 2 is about a breaking free!

We’ll address the barriers that often cloud an artist’s sense of calling: fear, comparison, church wounds, lack of theological clarity, and the pressure to prove yourself. Then we’ll tackle the question of calling versus hobby versus career, and look at how the arts fit into a Kingdom mindset shaped by worship, stewardship, and love.

By the end of Day 2, you’ll have more honesty about your journey and more clarity about your next step.

Why It Matters:

  • Too many Christian artists feel alone, uncertain, or even guilty about their creative gifts.

You May Wonder:

  • Am I being selfish?
  • Why doesn’t the church affirm this?
  • What if I’m wrong?
  • What if I never get clear enough to move?

This bootcamp is designed to help you face those questions with biblical truths, wisdom, and courage.

Biblical Stories

We’ll draw from Biblical stories that help you see that your calling does not eliminate trials or protect you from uncertainty. But you are not alone. If God has called you, he will provide what you need, and give you the clarity you need.

Your Next Steps.

At the end of the bootcamp, you’ll be invited to take the next step through our Artist’s Calling Course.
